It is a good tradition to meet regularly at one conference because it is the background for an open and constructive dialogue. 2019 The 4th International Conference on Smart Materials Technologies (ICSMT 2019) will take place at St. Petersburg, Russia during June 21st-23rd, 2019. Organized by Science and Engineering Institute, supported by Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Russia, Samara State Aerospace University, Russia and Novosibirsk State Technical University, Russia etc. The objective of ICSMT 2019 is to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers and scholar students in the related fields to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

The various panels will be organized during ICSMT 2019 which promised exciting revelations for all who attend them. Everybody has the real opportunity to discuss scientific problems with participants from different countries which enrich knowledge and allow getting just unexpected view to the familiar issue.

Saint Petersburg is one of the most modern cities of Russia, as well as its cultural capital. The Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments constitute a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Submissions must be original, unpublished work, and not have been submitted to another conference or journal for publication. Paper length cannot exceed 8 pages in the 10pts. Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted for publication in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper in the conference.
